CJIS
Eagle Secure Solutions is qualified to work with Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS). We have earned the highest level of certification, which is geared toward IT professionals to oversee technical infrastructure supporting CJIS. This has allowed us to work closely with several police departments as they move forward with servers, back-ups, body camera footage storage, and more.
This certification allows us to work with criminal justice agencies (CJAs) and non-criminal justice agencies (NCJAs). NCJAs do not work directly with the CJIS but may have access to some of its information. Typically, these industries require fingerprint and background checks.

Police Departments

Eagle Secure Solutions has crafted ways for each to have individual systems through options such as controlled access measures or separate servers. These solutions have optimized the department’s ability to share information across small geographic locations and limit data access to only those with proper credentials.
As body cameras become more pervasive in police departments, the storage of the video collected is becoming a greater expense. Microsoft and CJIS
Microsoft offers government-grade solutions that are compliant with CJIS Security Policy v5.9.4. Further, Microsoft has signed the CJIS Management Agreement with 46 states and the District of Columbia, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. This allows criminal justice organizations to implement Microsoft’s cloud solutions, such as Dynamics 365 U.S. Government, Office 365 U.S. Government, and Azure Government.
Background Checks/Clearances
Some of our clients require background checks and other clearances to work on-site. Whether this is to protect information or the people at the locations, we take this requirement seriously.
